Consultative Training

Every IACT license purchase includes consultative phone-based training to ensure you receive a rapid and ongoing return on your investment — regardless of your level of computer expertise or how many years you've been in practice.

Since 1993, we've worked to improve patient communication in practices around the world. Today, our comprehensive training program has evolved to include "best practices" for adopting and implementing technology in the new patient appointment.

So whether you're a brand new user or have been with us "since the beginning", you'll find a small amount of time on a non-patient day well spent. And regardless of where your practice is located or when you're available, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. All we ask is that you request an appointment at least 14 days in advance.

Free Upgrades

Technology advances at a very rapid rate. So despite the fact that IACT solutions are fully mature and extremely robust, we continue to improve them!

Our heavy investments in research and development result in the ongoing release of solution updates and enhancements, including expanded educational content.

Clients with active maintenance agreements receive ongoing upgrades at no extra charge. And clients using our new "keyless" Internet-based license receive on-screen notification whenever new updates become available.
